Ginger - Adopted!

Ginger is a Queensland Heeler cross who is about 6 years old. She is a sweet dog who is very devoted to her person, like all herding dogs. Look how she poses for the camera! She loves to show off her attentive and playful spirit! This is a smart dog who would do best with a BFF who likes to take walks and will help her learn lots of fun stuff. She likes other dogs and would probably enjoy a good-natured dog pal for company and playtime. She has a little problem with an achy hip sometimes so would not be a good candidate for dog park people. There would be too much running and rough play at a dog park most likely, but she might enjoy play dates with a dog friend if she doesn't have a dog companion at home. Overall Ginger is the kind of dog that likes a job to do, whether it's walking to get the mail, playing obedience games, or learning tricks and playing with interactive toys.
