Stormy

Stormy is a strikingly colored young cattle dog pup, probably less than a year. She still acts like a puppy in the way she gallumps along and sometimes seems a tad clumsy. It looks like she may still have a little growing to do but she won’t be over 40 pounds. We named her “stormy” because her coloration of dark mottled gun blue black reminds us of a night time storm with clouds and maybe a little snow. Stormy is still a little shy but should come around easily with a little patience. She’s a love and will turn over for a belly rub quite willingly. Stormy has a beautiful little face with a very dainty muzzle and almond brown eyes designed to make you fall in love immediately.

Stormy gets along with everyone and likes stuffed toys and to run around with her canine buddies. She is eager to please, appears to be housebroken and is using the doggie doors and is quick to come when called. She was probably born very late in 2013 or very early

12/12/2014 update: Stormy will need to be adopted to a single dog home where the people can give her plenty of exercise and perhaps would enjoy attending obedience training. Stormy has never shown the slightest aggression to people and continues to be very attentive and affectionate with her people. She just wants to be the only dog. She has proven to be a quick learner, a well mannered house dog, and will make a fine companion when the right single dog home comes along.
