Frankie is a long haired doxie with a beautiful chocolate brown coat and golden eyes that are mesmerizing. He looks like a fluffy hot dog! We estimate he was born around October 2012. He was found roaming the streets . . . . . but no one ever claimed him. He is now looking for a permanent forever home. Check back for more information.
