Scruff arrived at the shelter as a stray and was never claimed. Her approximate weight is 17lbs.

Scruff may look like a scruffy dog, but she is far from it! She is a wonderful, sweet and friendly girl. She loves the companionship of other dogs and would love nothing more than to have a canine companion at her forever home. Scruff dreams of having a perfect day every day – romping in the yard, chasing her buddies, playing tug-o-war with her toys, chasing flies, eating a yummy meal and sleeping in a cozy bed not far from her family’s side. Scruff loves to go for walks every day to see and smell all of her surroundings. Car rides are a plus and belly rubs are a must. Sweet Scruff loves sporting her wild wind-blown looks, but if her new family wants to groom her in a sleek manner she won’t protest.
