Penelope was saved by a good samaritan after she was abandoned, stepped out in the road, and hit by a car. Her savior came back to adopt her as she could not forget her. NMAF had her spayed, all shots, microchipped, and a dental - so she will be a healthy, happy little girl from now on! Thanks to the kind staff at VCA-Wyoming for taking care of her when she was injured!
